I wouldnt boo an anthem. Just feels like bad mojo. I honestly dont blame canadians for booing though to be honest. The sitting president has recently stated that he wants to make their country the 51st state. I would think we would be pretty pissed off too if the shoe was on the other foot.

Lindy has always been a wimp. Wimpy player and a wimpy coach with wimpy teams. this is the outlier incident.

The Bills got started right. Their 1st ever pick was an absolute bum Richie Lucas.

Geoff Hangartner was really bad as C. It was as if a fan won a contest to play center for the bills. They couldn't even do shotgun because it was a guaranteed bad snap

Cyrus kwanjiou (sp) Dockery was super terrible too

I kind of hope he eats $20 Million of the Chiefs' space next year. He looks his age out there. Maybe he can sting you in a game here and there... but I wouldnt take him for $20 million.

I know when Pegula bought the team, he scrambled and read a bunch of books about hockey. He also had a few conversations with Jim Devellano that have been cited (like in Nolan's book when he says that Pegula said something like "Jim Devellano once told me that if you are going to be bad, then be really bad). I am convinced that he heard or read that toughness and fighting have no correlation to winning and success. The organization as a whole have rejected tough play throughout his ownership, and that philosophy has been accelerated through the Botterill and now the Adams regimes. To the defense of that, the rejection of toughness dates back into Regier's time. While it is tough to pick out "toughness" in analytics and stats. However, hockey can be a brutal and territorial game. Teams enjoy the physical night off they get from the Sabres. Every time the Sabres manage to crawl back in any sort of chase, and has a semi-important game, the opposition grinds them into dust. If they ever did manage to qualify for the playoffs, Im not sure they physically survive into the 4th game to get swept.

It would have been tough. I believe our o line would have stood up better and Allen dealt with the pressure a little better. The bills would have run the ball more than like twice too On d it might have been tough. They would have sold out to stop Barkley, but I think Smith, brown, and goedert would cause mucho problems

I thought Andy Reid ate too many cheeseburgers this time and pooped his pants all over the super bowl. Got out-coached. 3 rushing attempts in the first half, and 2 of them in a row near the end. Just kept trying the same ***** and watching mahomes ramming his head into a wall over and over

Just looked up some stuff. I hadn't realized he was a DB coach for the Bills in 1985. His first gig. He played at Yale. Was a 3x all American. I knew he played S for the Lions in the 70s. He also had a stretch with the Bengals. He won coach of the year in 2001 for the bears. Lost his only playoff game. Jauron was a Marv Levy pick. It makes a lot of sense. A really smart and even keel coach. Levy also was on record saying he wanted him as his DC in 1992 and 1993

He gives off a vibe you don't get too often with such a superstar. While he has the money, the celebrity fiance, and is at the top of the country's biggest entertainment industry... he also seems so authentic. His speech he seemed very humble and said he is grateful for and looks up to the other nominees. Thanked those in the organization, said he loves his teammates and the lockerroom, and spent time on his family... and they showed his dad crying. Through the speech, Allen seemed a touch nervous, fighting back tears, and his voice was quivering a little bit. It made him feel like a normal person. There was no phoniness or cool fronts (like Burrow puts up). It wasn't just pr veneer You also had Dawkins up there who seemed happier than anybody, which is telling. Being a middle-aged adult now, I never thought there would be an athlete I would put on the same pedestal I used to put Pat LaFontaine on as a kid. Josh Allen exceeds that. I almost want him to achieve a Lombardi as much as I do the Bills. *I know a family who had a sick child. Josh Allen reached out for the kid (or visa versa) and did his thing. Tragically the kid didn't make it through his most recent battle. A member of the family was at an event and shook Allen's hand, thanked him, and gave him an update. Allen remembered the kid and had tears in his eyes as he hugged the family member and looked leveled (I saw pictures).

Allen was front and center last night, a feature of the show, and he also won a few peripheral awards. I think the NFL loves him as a face of the league.

Very happy for Allen and the bills franchise. I couldn't handle Lamar winning. The thought was making me feel hopeless

Allen was walking away with it before the bills locked in the 2 seed and shut it down. Lamar grabbed a bunch of compiler stats and somehow stole the mvp.

meaningless wins that serve nothing but convincing the rube owner that everything is working fine.

I collect vintage cards at this point. I may grab early junk era things like Ozzie Smith/Gwynn graded rookies... Just picked up a nice Eddie Murray, but mostly really old vintage. 1950s, 1940s, 1960s, maybe some 30's.
