  1. I wore my Fitzpatrick jersey today out of all the jerseys I own because I thought that he was the one that would make this whole thing go. He was and is the most important member of this ball club folks. He was the one that needed to come out today in a divisional game and perform. He was the one that knew the knock on him was his interceptions and his gunslinger mentality and inexplicable throws that make everyone just say why. He knew this. And what does he do? ...more of the same. A player who is very intelligent and knew the importance of this game still came out and did what he always does. That is your 2012 Buffalo Bills boys and girls. I dont want to hear this is one game. This is our 12th season without a postseason sniff. If you think that Fitzpatrick will right his wrongs and turn this around, you maybe as heartbroken as I was when i burned his jersey today on my front Lawn. LVBB
  2. This I just would like to eat a plate of crow as well as a side of see i told you so and for dessert a nice helping of STFU. But as far as I'm concerned scheme or no scheme i have even more queestions about some of our starters than i did before these two games...should i ignore that feeing in the pit of my stomach that says the 1's look like ****? ok then I will
  3. This I watched the game and keyed in on mostly sheppard because I do feel he's suspect. His instincts are not good and he is very slow to read and react as evidenced by that double move put on him by Minnesota's receiver ( his name escapes me) he dove and wiffed thats how bad he was beaten. If you dont think guys like Ryan and Belicheat wont key in on mismatches with Sheppard your nuts. This LB corp is in trouble
  4. Young relied in strength and speed to get him through college and sure Texas dumbed down the offense for him...fast forward to today where he is learning a complex offensive scheme while trying tovread an equally complex defense and its painfully obvious that he doesnt have the mental capacity....what a shame....still think that 6 on the wonderlic wasnt a bad sign?
  5. Kind of had a feeling it may happen by chans gushing over moats the other day. Seems like his position to lose now. Its time to see what morrison has in the middle of his chest. You gotta want it Kirk!
  6. So i watched the video on BB.com about the battle going on in camp for the starting SAM LB spot between Morrison And Moats. Kind of torn on this one Morrison has the experience obviously and with not much playing time last year should be fresh and ready to go this year. The stashe seems to be be high on him as well. Otherside of the coin there is the overachieving Moats. He's shown flashes of talent but i fear maybe a liability in coverage? And his lack of knowledge of the scheme is a bit scary but i do love his effort and playmaking ability. I am leaning towards Moats simply. Because of his upside but thats just me. Thoughts?
  7. uuummmmm...who gives a f*ck
  8. Can you believe it! those guys stole my fruit cocktail!
  9. Ok so My opinion is that most if not all if the things that were broke last year are fixed or at least got a shot of wd 40 for now. Think back to the steelers yrs when big ben was a rookie and the team was set up for him to be successful. Their D was strong. As I believe ours will be this yr. They had a good running game...check so do we. And another poster said it we probably wont have to score 35 points a game to just compete. Fitzy is smart and if this Defense does its job and we play a good ball control offense with our running game and screens and shots downfield when they come we will win ball games. I think thats what we will see this yr
  10. Now I dont care who you are thats funny right there
  11. uhhhmmm....NO From all that I'm reading about Gailey's offense being so complicated and difficult to learn that over the hill, snitch has been won't figure it out until about week 12...no thanks and yes I'm telling you how I really feel:)
  12. Best i could do is have a meeting with travis and line up all his sons and take the best athlete and adopt him....everybody wins
  13. "US" huh?...you won't be staying on the team with that attitude pal!
  14. Wow theory of relativity and predicting the bills season? He really was wise beyond his years
  15. So if we are able to stop the run generate pressure and set opposing offenses to third and long situations like I hope we will, we will be able to play a much safer but incredibly effective ball control offense this year. I think we have arguably one if the best one two punches in the league in our backfield and I also believe Gailey will be even more effective with the lead versus trying to win shootouts week to week.I think its unfair to put fitz in rhat position or any qb for that matter. I think back to Rothlisbergers rookie year where they had a great running game and dominant defense. Hoping that we see that blueprint all year. If we do stats and history say we will punch our ticket to the playoffs ...thoughts?
  16. well thats a silly question. They get into college on pure academics, an amazing S.A.T score and glowing recommendations from their teachers that say their scholastic ability is second to none of course
  17. this...also I can't remember the last free safety I've watched besides maybe ed reed that has the ball skills byrd has. HE really does have a nose for the ball and if you watch highlight videos of him, he really does have amazing recognition skills. With the dline causing the kind of hell that they should this year it would not surprise me to see double digit picks for him this year.
  18. Heres the thing. Wobbly passes say a couple of things. Maybe poor grip maybe part mechanics but a wobbly pass over fifteen yards will hang in the air longer than a more aero dynamic spiral thats a fact. And with the winds at the ralph my concern is it will cost us completions / possessions if its picked...just my take
  19. Ok so I'm watching the bills round ups on BB.com and I noticed something. Just about every ball Fitz threw was a wobbler. It had plenty of zip on it but I cant help but think when the bullets are flying that the wobbly passes are what's getting him in trouble with timing/accuracy. Thoughts?
  20. This X a 1000 His leadership is impressive even if he lacks anything in his game I think his moxy makes up for it. The guy can do what it takes of that I have no doubt. sounds like someone whos way more qualified than me ( coach Lee) feels the same.
  21. I just watched it as well and you read my mind. What I think I hear because we havent been able to see much yet is a man that has had to swallow a huge slice of humble pie. I think his ego and the immaturity that has given him such a bad rap over the last few years has subsided. Think he realizes after he was hung out there in free agency with no takers for a while that he needs to pluck his head out of his ass. I believe VY has recognized that he has a great situation here with Gailey and Lee here to impart some of their knowledge to him and he seems receptive. Whether he catches on here or goes to another team it seems to me that his head maybe right for the first time in his career.
  22. Never been much of a Kelsay fan. I will admit however he is above average against the run. The problem before was that on passing downs he would tend to be swallowed up. Now that the right personnel are here that fit down and distance I believe he will have a good year
  23. Got a Call in to the owner Mark and see what I can find out...I know the Mrs and I are in we would love it if we could have a big turnout
