With EJ, the short pass inaccuracy thing is very very troubling. That kind of stuff is not teachable/fixable IMHO. Either you have it or you don't. Kind of reminds me of the Steve Sax Syndrome. I disagree; when a guy like Rex comes in and says it will be an open competition, then one or more of the 3 takes that message as an opportunity to elevate his game. everyone heals differently, and a clean, non-displaced fracture w/ no soft tissue damage is not a big deal for a 30 yo. Heck, I'm 46 and just had surgery, and my MD commented he'd love to operate on me again b/c of how fast I healed.
