  1. All Rambo does is make plays and seems to be positionally sound. Plays big for his size at almost 210. I'd take him over Meeks and Duke any day of the week.
  2. You still have BJ Larsen on the uncut list Glad to see Mario Butler has made it (so far). I'm pulling for him.
  3. After last night I'm not surprised. Zero self-discipline
  4. Agree 1000% - it would be a slow death of tiny cuts over a 16 game season. No thanks.
  5. a very slow news day indeed
  6. wonder if Rex will have the nutz to cut IK since he was the one who stuck his neck out for him
  7. what's your point? just curious. Doesn't matter yes or no, it's still a miss
  8. Tasker just said the Bills really like their #1 TE, Charles Clay; brilliant analysis Steve. How does he stay employed by CBS ?
  9. as posters here have commented they will be streaming on an iPad, is this available on a Mac/PC since it's streaming content ? I would assume the answer is yes.
  10. I almost immediately thought of this game which I attended: http://espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=230907002 no asterisk for a game 2 win vs. NE (@ the Ralph no less)
  11. I think you are correct Tom; there could be a line at the door very quickly. And correct me if I'm wrong, if an appeal is accepted, said player can play while his appeal is under review, no?
  12. Watching ESPN....very interesting. They are strongly suggesting Greg Hardy will file an appeal of his 4 game suspension. The 90 day deadline to file an appeal on that suspension is tomorrow. What say you Dareus?
  13. that's not it at all. your assessment is a gross oversimplification. It has to do with zero precedent and due process considerations.
  14. absolute beatdown
  15. Not sure if this opinion has been posted here, but I'd say let's keep in mind the (understandable) emotional reaction by FJax. I think this has greatly contributed to this whole fiasco. The truth is, there is probably no way Freddie is happy under any scenario getting the axe, unless perhaps TPegs sitting him down for a 1:1 to show him the respect he deserved. This cutting smacks of the Turk paying a visit and I think we can all agree Freddie deserved a better send off. After he lands his next gig, and realizes the Bills did him a favor by letting him go early, he might be able to revisit this scenario with a bit more clarity. Maybe not. If he was so adamant about retiring as a Bill, he's got to know it doesn't always happen.
  16. I think that was a politically expedient things for Rex to say which he might not repeat of he had a do-over
  17. Nice try with the weak conspiracy theory Everyone's upset but someone can and will assume the leadership/mentor role in the room. My ultimate fantasy would be for NE to go after Fred and he says "anywhere but the Pats"
  18. OMG too funny ..... #allBillsquarterbacksmatter
  19. It would be similar to the Bills PR machine selling a Mercedes then delivering a Pinto @ the opener (no offense, Pinto Ron). I was going to replace Pinto with a flaming sh*t sandwich, but you get the idea.
  20. Guys/gals: off topic - today is my birthday and I would like to say how much I enjoy commiserating on all things Buffalo with you. I have met (virtually) some great people on this Board and you have enriched the quality of my life immensely around a team and a city we all love & our proud of.l There are several of you who have really connected with me personally and for that I am grateful. There are a couple (unnamed) who have gotten very personally negative/confrontational with me, and for a day I am going to forget those May we all live to see a BB Super Bowl winner AND Stanley Cup winner in our lifetimes to result in the greatest party of all human history. I have so much respect for the passion & love we all have for our teams & hometown. I have never, and will never, forget where I have come from. Despite my career success I remain humble & true to my roots, eternally grateful for the way I was raised, the sacrifices my parents made for me & my 2 siblings, and the Buffalo ethos I maintain. Have a wonderful (and blessed) day. With all the insanity around us seemingly on a daily basis, we should all be grateful for this forum and the fellowship it provides.
