I say grab him on the condition he enters some type of psych/rehab program. We have nothing to lose and he has everything to gain.

    The point is- his off the field stuff slid him. Look at his Pros- first rd material there. I dont get wrapped up in the name- never thought Eli was all that special tbh. And your right, we do tend to go crazy over QB’s because the league is qb driven. If Chads head was straight he may have been special- I dont think of us will ever find out.

    I think many thought he had first rd talent- unfortunately for him the risk was too great. Teams have learned from the Johnny Manziel’s and Ryan Leaf’s.

    I was thinking the same thing! After the Monday Night blowout things should change. Even on Craigslist they were full value still. Tickets are still priced high for the Bears game.

    As much as I love Bell and what he brings to the table, in todays NFL I dont know if it is wise to overpay for a back that will be 28. I like your thought process- I am a fan of grabbing a young back in the draft rd 3-5.
