I worked the numbers in over the cap. if we lower cousins cap hit next year and then raise it in the coming years we can get it done. 50 mil signing bonus 1 mil first year base. 11 mil per for star and 15.5 per for johnson. we then have a ton of picks to load the team. we can even shed richie if need be or lorax.

we have 50 mil in space without tyrod. look at what we did with hyde and poyer. we need 2 d tackles. 1 lb. and a guard we had less cap space last year i believe. they just need effective free agents. a vet d tackle like dontari poe or star latoulei for 10 mil or under. another tackle under 5 mil. a guard under 10 mil. then a few couple mil guys.
