    Unfortunate wording considering it was the woman who got punched in the face. The video shows the other side. There's never justification.

    Hahaha. Ray Rice's career being over is not a financial punishment. It's the reality of a league where the average career of a running back is just barely over 3 years. But your faux concern over the woman's well-being is admirable.

    If you want to cry for Ray Rice be my guest, but being able to play a child's game for a living should be a privilege. Nobody "deserves" a second chance though some players may be more likely to find a team willing it to give it them than others. Ray Rice can provide for his family by getting another job just like everybody else.

    If he's not going to be good enough to make the team why even bother with the tryout? As someone else said there are potentially better options that don't have his baggage -- like pretty much any RB who is unsigned and actually played RB in the last year.

    I mean at this point they waived a 4th string TE to make room for him. If he's a problem or doesn't work out they're no worse off than they were before.

    I haven't had an issue watching Community on Apple TV. It's basically the same quality as Netflix has been and I have the cheapest internet only package through Time Warner. Not saying this to discount your experience, but it could be something else causing the problems.

    Important to remember though Ray Rice is not Tom Brady. Ray Rice was an aging RB and that issue was much more serious. It was at least possible that the NFL was going to lose sponsors over it (maybe). This will just be another storyline to promote the defending champs and the greatest QB of this generation.

    He'll be suspended for the entirety of preseason. It's harsh, of course, but the NFL takes these things very seriously.

    I'm not going to argue about whether their wins are astericked because I don't care, but one of the main points in the Spygate scandal was that they had videotaped the Rams' practice before the 2002 Super Bowl. If they did it for one game why wouldn't they do it for the other two?
