  1. Hey Jimmy, welcome back. I'm not sure where they stay, but I'm sure a man with your resources will have no problem finding it. When you do find them, can you take care of Aaron Maybin as well (as kind of a goodwill gesture.) Thanks!
  2. You mean I should stop playing those "games" where I click on the screen to shoot the soccer ball (and each time 6 pop up windows come up)?
  3. It could be argued that "Pat's" is ok, since it is an abbreviation of the Patriots. Not sure what to make of day's.
  4. I think it has a lot to do with how young he was when he was drafted.
  5. NFL Rewind is the option for 40$. I believe it's also available in other parts of the world, but don't hold me to that. To get Sunday ticket to go, you're supposed to either already have Direct TV, or not be able to get it (not sure how stringent they are about that.) My wife and I have been without any cable / satellite for the past 2 years, I finally bit the bullet and ordered satellite and the ticket this year.
  6. It was vs. the Jets, we clinched the AFC East (first time I think since 1980); I was at the game and it was awesome.
  7. Is a guy who is on probation for DUI allowed to be in a bar?
  8. I never said Chan doesn't use TE's. I am making an assumption that if Chan asked for them to sign one, they would have gone out and done it, or at least scheduled some interviews. Maybe that's a bad assumption. I don't know.
  9. I really don't think you can make this comparison precisely because the Packers won the Super Bowl. I happen to be someone who believes Nix deserves a chance, and I'm not griping about FA, but still, that comparison just looks wrong.
  10. You're not wrong.
  11. I always liked you better than Leif Larsen.
  12. You're right, you know way more about offense than Chan "I got something out of Tyler Thigpen" Gailey.
  13. Being in the NY area I watched most Jets games last year, and regardless of the official stats, he definitely dropped some balls (including some sure touchdowns.)
  14. How many balls did Edwards drop last year? And how many games is he actually going to play this year? http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2011/08/04/SPVU1KJL3Q.DTL#ixzz1U9Zd4Eyc
  15. Right, it's bigger than the perimeter. Sometimes I think you're just trying to start a fight.
  16. Technically we would not have the right to match the offer, but a player often will extend that courtesy.
  17. I wonder how many teams will be destroyed by this:
  18. 4M a year is very different than the 4M total people here were assuming. http://www.bengals.com/news/article-1/Thursday-update-Whitner-brings-66-starts-Dalton-still-to-get-most-snaps-Rivers-reaches-out/1b2ed0d6-3312-4fe7-a42f-b801da55b75c This also says a lot about how valuable he was to an admittedly terrible defense:
  19. That's a ****ty deal for Cincy then. He'll probably wind up with about 7 INTs, and the opposing teams will gain 40+ TDs due to blown coverages.
  20. $4M total? or per season?
  21. No schedule yet? (I did try googling, and the NFL network site, but came up with nothing.)
