Goodell needs to respond to Vick's comments. They didn't suspend him for what he did in college, they suspended him because he made himself ineligible to return to school after the draft, thus, circumventing the NFL rules in place for incoming players from college. From their ruling: "Pryor made decisions that undermine the integrity of the eligibility rules for the NFL Draft."

My guess is they wanted to see if Brown had any chance of sticking, or whether they should cut him now and give another QB (Nesbitt?) a shot at the 3rd QB / PS spot. Although if that was their thought process, I'm a little surprised he's still on the team.

From what I've read today, this would be the 3rd time they've done Kyle Williams contract.

It makes me think of the Sabres post lockout, when they took advantage of some rules changes (or changes in emphasis) and really surprised a lot of people. It seems like by making our biggest FA signing a glorified KR, we've kind of done the opposite.

Nobody has to spend any money. There's no real floor this year. Barring any waiver pickups, the team you see tomorrow night will be the team on the field come 9/11.

We have a few dynamic kick returners on the team, unfortunately, I don't see them getting many chance this year with the new rule moving the kickoff spot to the 35 yard line. How do you see this (and other rules changes) impacting us this year?

The last time I had the ticket (probably 6 or 7 years ago now) I tried calling in during a weather interruption and was told there was nothing they could do. Not sure if they still have the same policy.

At least this year with the Sunday Ticket to Go (which it seems like everyone who asks has it thrown in for free) you can watch on your computer in case of bad weather impacting the feed.
