Exactly. The offseason is horribly long, so I try to wring every ounce of pain/pleasure I can out of the season. Plus Bills games are family events for me, and I enjoy them. Looking forward to what EJ does with this "scaled-down" approach.
It would be impossible for me to say that if I were related to a victim. History of bad behavior, stole booze, got high, 11 injured, four killed. Just complete disregard for others. He was babied his entire life -- and this punishment is just an extension of that. Poor families.
WAR!!!!!
I think I like colored lights outside, white on the tree inside, but I'm not sure. If they're colored they gotta be green and red. Blue makes me mad.
There you go. As I said, if there isn't one there, go DB or LB. Beyond the first-tier "elite" WR you mention, even second-tier would be nice. Think Jeffery, Nicks, Marshall, Jackson, etc.
If an elite WR is there, I would like the Bills to choose him. If not, I'd be happy with a top-three DB or LB. There's almost zero chance they will draft a QB or OL, unless they acquire multiple additional picks. I'd like to see Manuel play through next year. If he has a really horrible year, sure, draft another in the first two rounds of '15. The plus will be the elite receiver they hopefully draft in '14 will be ready to take the next step by then.
Basically, if you aren't a top-eight team (or 16, for that matter) chances are you're going to be unhappy with your group. The U.S. just doesn't have sustained success, so it's stuck with the luck of the draw, and always stuck with at least two teams better than them.
Can someone please explain to me what it was about this loss that set the higher-than-normal amount of fans over the edge? The team loses in heartbreaking fashion a lot. If you aren't used to it by now, I don't know what to say.
Haha, not that it matters, but I'm 99 percent sure that was Gary Danielson. Either way, yes, I laughed heartily. Because it was so true. All the Alabama guys just stood there on the left hash watching the kick. Once Davis burst to the sideline, nobody was going to catch him.
I know practically nothing, but when I saw single coverage on the outside, I knew Alabama was dialing up some play-action and going deep. Especially with the crowd going insane. Wow.
