If your scouts tell you Quarterback X has a 30% chance of being a franchise QB you still take the shot. Every other type of talent can be easily acquired. You don't waste a #2 pick on a trade or a DE if a potential franchise guy is there Teams that don't have a franchise QB and don't a QB somewhere in the draft aren't making winning a priority

Because getting a shot at a potential franchise QB is infinitely more important than having Fletcher Cox and a bunch of 1st round talent on the roster

Name four players you would willingly package for a franchise QB right now... Until you have a QB you have nothing, not making the QB position a priority is the single biggest determinant in the Bills failure

He's the worst graded QB in the league with 4 starts outside of Geno Smith I'm not screaming to replace EJ but rather in calm and reasonable tone telling you QB is THE weakest position on this team We are getting nothin from Manuel being there other than a few avoided sacks a game He has shown little in regards to mobility or accuracy, can't find open receiver downfield and has played tentative and scared for a lot of his snaps He was one of the worst graded QB's in the league last year with significant starts If no now..when?

This I went back and watched the game again...couldn't believe in slow mo how many times the Bills DLine collapsed the pocket and I caught myself saying "I don't remember this sack" only not to see one because Rivers hung in and delivered a pass at the last second EJ meanwhile panicked at the slightest whiff of Charger blue in his peripheral

This organization refuses to take the QB position seriously If they did they would hire some people whose sole purpose would be to identify and evaluate QB talent In 2011 they told us they had no interest in Dalton because they thought Levi Brown was a better pro prospect???
