Throwing down field earlier last season was never a problem for Trent, Why is it all of a sudden this big of a problem for him??? Did that concussion really make him this scared of stepping up in the pocket and making a deep throw? Or is he just trying to be to perfect? I'd love to know the answer to this question, LOL.

I still wanna know how people on this board can possibly make all these judgments about us going 3-13 or 4-12 just beacuse we lost 1 pre season game that we didn't have our best playmaker even playing in. And let's think about this fellas, Do the starters really give a f%$# about the pre season? I highly dought it. Why would they wanna risk gettin injured during a game that doesn't mean anything that could possibly screw over a future paycheck of their's? And look back at all the great teams that we did have with Jim Kelly and Thurman Thomas, even back than we sucked during the Pre Season. My point is that the Pre Season doesn't mean f$#% to these guys and we should at least wait until a couple weeks into the Regular Season before we make these judgements Edit- On the other hand we do still have that same lame dick coach so I can't question others for thinking this, I guess I'm just too much of a optimist

I swear some of the posters on this board can be so fricken stupid. Trent didn't lose this PRE SEASON game on his own. And even If he did than who the f%$# cares?!?!? It's the PRE SEASON people. Just last week after Trent went 10-10 against one of the best defenses in the NFL. Now after somewhat of a poor performance people are all ready lobbying for a new starter and asking stupid questions like this one. Come on, at least give it until a couple weeks into the Regular Season before u start making retarded comments like this one not to mention the fact that we didn't have our #1 playmaker tonight with T.O. not playing.

So I guess the fact that he basically won the Jacksonville game last year by using his size to come down with the game winning TD doesn't matter? None of our other WR's would have been able to catch that ball. And u gotta remember that he is only a rookie, and ususally rookie WR's take the longest time to develop.

First off Jason Peters is NOT a pro bowl caliber LT and he should have never even made the pro bowl in the first place. Second off, It was really obvious that he didn't want to be here so why keep a guy who we gave a tremendous oppurtunity too that many other teams wouldn't have done, I mean come on the guy was a TE coming out of college, He should be thankful for the oppurtuntiy that he got. And since he wasn't that just goes to show how much of a scumbag this guy was. And thirdly, Maybin will be signed within the next 12 hours which I think is tremendous. He still has 3 preseason games to play in and I'm sure he will get plenty of reps before the season starts so he is ready to get us 5-8 sacks this year which will definitly help our Defense out

There's still Griese and Frerotte who are both FA's who we could bring in without having to worry about a QB controversy and they could still both be better than Fitzpatrick. Either one would work out fine, IMO.
