    I bet Winslow wants to be in a bigger market, a la Gonzalez. I doubt Buffalo is where he wants to be.

    It was no worse than with Fowler. And since Preston did better in pass blocking, he should be starting.

    The decision to have surgery 3 days before the start of the season hurt Crowell a lot more than it has the Bills...so far. And who's to say he would have been effective immediately after coming back?

    Didn't get to see a whole lot of the game. Did Ellison embarrass himself out there?

    I saw Whitner's comment as a bash against JP, basically saying that had Trent played, they would have won and thus JP lost the game for them. But I think Trent's comment about being down 3-4 TD's was a slap at the defense and defending JP, and rightfully so.

    Naw. He had 6 catches for 97 yards in a blowout loss. He's fine where he is.

    And here I was thinking that what I saw today was a great defensive effort, limiting the highest-scoring offense in the NFL to 14 points, and excellent pass protection against the 2nd worst passing defense. IOW a team win.

    Congrats to Gonzalez for destroying his reputation with the fans, GM, and owner, if not league-wide, with his stupid actions. I hope the Chefs fans boo him mercilessly.

    He had a MCL tear in addition to the ACL, and they usually give it 4-6 weeks to heal before surgery.

    Walker never said he didn't want to go to the Bills. And his issue (i.e. why he didn't report) was more money.

    If Gonzalez doesn't like where he's being traded, he can not report. And Peterson had a special relationship with Gonzalez and didn't want to send him where he didn't want to go.

    Last year, Jason Webster won the starting job over Jabari Greer. Same for Anthony Thomas and Freddie Jackson. I think the coaches like to go with the veterans.

    I agree. Cancel your surgery if it bugs you that much. And most airlines have a cancellation fee. Southwest is in the minority. Although now that they've had their first quarterly loss ever, that might change.

    What's your problem? I think it's perfectly acceptable to now hate the guys guts because he refused to play for the Bills, and to be happy that he'll rot in KC for the rest of the season, wondering what could have been.

    Then why reports that he didn't want to play for Buffalo? Those had to have come from somewhere.
