  1. A little harsh this AM WEO Penalties have been dropping these past few days haven't they? From 12 to 17 per game to under 10
  2. He might trade Romo for him. Jerruh thinks Tony can play for another 5 seasons. He never said for which team.
  3. A well versed Marrone vs Ryan argument is in another thread.
  4. Look, I am not making excuses for the guy and yes it was dumb. However I saw guys hitting Brady the same way on MNF and they got away with it. Had Alex not taken the exaggerated fall Jerry might have gotten away with a non call. another annoyance - How the Hell can Chan G and Ryan F be doing so well in Jersey? I guess not concentrating on the whole team makes a difference?
  5. The mindset was the playoffs for Buffalo should have started this past Sunday. didn't find the who to root for thread easily http://bills.buffalonews.com/2015/12/01/afc-postseason-outlook-following-week-12-plus-what-bills-fans-should-root-for/ A message from Homer BillsFan-4-Ever - For the Gloom and Doomers Select Home Team as your starting point. 8 and freaking 8 will get it done. Of course this means teams like the Ravens and Browns have to defeat much better teams.
  6. Not sure if this should be here or a thread on Refs http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000592358/article/rob-gronkowski-thinks-hes-being-targeted-by-officials Rob Gronkowski has been called for five offensive interference penalties this season. He didn't receive that many interference calls in his previous five seasons combined. Even crazier, Gronk has been called for OPI more than 30 other teams in 2015. So yeah, it's a thing. Gronkowski seemed flabbergasted when a pass interference call wiped out a big reception in Sunday night's overtime loss to the Broncos. On Tuesday, the Patriots tight end used a one-word tweet to express his belief that officials are targeting him. When you cheat you get what you deserve. WRT to being 100%. doubtful. IMO he'll be back when he's 85%
  7. Please reread my post with an open mind. Do not assume you know my intent. For clarity I posted every game this season and what I deemed complete games, good starts, bad starts etc etc . There was no intent on saying one was better than the other. Should I have ignored those 2 games when reviewing the season and the Offense? Please review my post with a clearer mind and let me know in which game analysis that I was far off base in. The net result is Alex Smith played well throughout the entire game whereas the Bills slowed to a crawl and fell short of their potential.
  8. The BS non catch early in the game for KC and the points that followed hurt big time. Take those 7 points off of the board and it is a different game
  9. ahh I might argue that he had the talent for a 10 win team.
  10. Strange. You are high on TT but don't predict wins... Reverse logic? pick a loser and get a win makes you happy? only 700 posts more to go to get to 15,000
  11. Congrats CBF So you got lucky on the Canadian holiday near July 4th eh! My middle child, 2nd son was planned out on 4th of July holiday in Virginia beach 25 odd years ago. April 10th Oldest and youngest (daughter) were both products of work Christmas parties. Labor Day babies 8 years and 1 day apart
  12. it happens with a good win. Look at Cousins Home versus Away
  13. Does Chip Kelly slow the pace when he had to switch QB's? I don't think he did. So you throw in a fast paced offense at a QB who was deemed a guy who needed grooming. Thanks for making the point that Marone was an idiot.
  14. Sir, the topic is Doug Marone and his plan. Not specific players.
  15. It would be hard not to at 5-6. Let me see if I can recall Doug Marone's concept. Initiates and plays a hurry up offense with a ROOKIE. Rookie gets hurt - next guy up - Slows down the pace. Rookie gets back - Speeds up the pace. Rookie gets hurt - next guy up - Slows down the pace. Rookie gets back - Tries to "simplify" the playbook. Quits on team
