  1. I am sorry but I need to ask.... Am I blaming Tyrod for the LOSS? see the later edits. 55.3 % completion ratio Not stellar. Can we clarify this. Wasn't it technically 3 fumbles? Correct me if I am wrong. On the last play he fumbled, recovered the ball on the run and then fumbled again as he was going out of bounds, which is why the Refs didn't give him the first down. One could also argue the the Offense did not adjust properly in the second half. - I said Offense not Tyrod. Tyrod needs to be at his best. I don't care if it is by passing or scrambling. Get the job done! It all ultimately hangs on the QB as he is THE guy who touches the ball on every snap.
  2. IIRC the Bills were leading at the half of the KC game and fell behind during the 3rd. To me 7 points behind is not a situation where you are forced to pass to play catch up. TT had a 106.4 RAT and only completed 55.3% of his passes. Could be it's not the large number of passes but to whom he passes to. Not necessarily. Wasn't he chosen as the starter for his mobility? At first it was a quick read then react / run / get sacked 3 times / throw the ball away. Then he started surveying the field and not running as much other than to avoid a sack. That was one of my comments about the KC game Alex Smith out TT'd what they expected from TT. Wasn't the commentary from some that TT won the Tennessee game with his feet?
  3. With lots of Luck win those and the odds improve. I just read the Bills have a 22% chance at the WC. A Win against Houston and it goes up about 11 %.
  4. Based on his surrounding talent going forward - Superman.
  5. In a game like that even one 3 and out will doom a team. See the end result. L.
  6. RANK 13 5-6 BILLS V 2 So close for Tyrod Taylor on that fourth-down run that ended the Bills' final possession. Buffalo's grasp of the wild card has slid right through the proverbial fingers the last two weeks -- with losses to the Patriots and Chiefs -- because the offense can't put together a drive at the end of the game. While Taylor put up another nice statistical outing (106.4 passer rating), the Bills aren't scoring enough points to compensate for a defense that gives 'em up. Not sure any member of the Bills Mafia thought the latter side of the ball would be such a leaky roof. Where have you gone, Fred Smerlas? http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000592115/article/nfl-power-rankings-week-13-carolina-panthers-claim-no-1
  7. Two Ref's threads so I'll post this twice. Too little too late Roger http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/14276706/nfl-commissioner-roger-goodell-says-league-look-improve-rule-defining-catch-is Roger Goodell: 'We want to find a better solution' for defining a catch Roger Goodell: Our officials do an extraordinary job so why the story I just posted?
  8. Two Ref's threads so I'll post this twice. Too little too late Roger http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/14276706/nfl-commissioner-roger-goodell-says-league-look-improve-rule-defining-catch-is Roger Goodell: 'We want to find a better solution' for defining a catch
  9. Tom Brady says receivers should have legs protected like other players http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/14274687/tom-brady-new-england-patriots-wants-rule-change-protect-receivers "It's obviously a contact sport, guys are going to get hit, [but] I do think they should change some of those rules with those defenseless receivers," Brady said in his Wednesday news conference. "Quarterbacks get their legs protected. Defensive linemen get their legs protected. Linebackers get their legs protected. I don't see why a defenseless receiver shouldn't get his legs protected as well."
  10. So far he's 5-4 as a starter and on pace to be 1 game over .500 (like Orton last season). Great stats in 2 wins against a poor Miami team. RAT - 136.7 and 146.5 Here's that stat again. Buffalo still has 0 wins when passing more than 30 times. Sundays game against KC was another game with over 30 passes ending in a loss, (that's now 4 for TT). So is it the run game, the O Line, the QB, execution or coaching? Why is it that the Bills have not won a game when passing for 30 or more times?
  11. As much as I wish it - Are the Cheaters so banged up that now they are vulnerable enough to lose to teams like Miami, NYJesters and Houston? Brian Hoyer, at home may not be an issue as much as JJ Watt might be.
  12. this X10 OK, so they lose to other teams. All is well. besides they can lose to the Texans AFTER the Bills WIN as they are in a better position due to the tie breaker. He was "injury prone" for a few seasons but I think he’s been pretty healthy for close to 2 seasons. No?
  13. for a moment I thought you were going to say I want to watch the Bill in the SB with my son 1 time
  14. Not a Sabres follower but from what I recall the Sabres are not that good so the grade can't be above a C right?
  15. When? Moments after the Bills clinch a WC spot in week 17
  16. Yup. I know it well. It's just easier to select HOME and work from there. 8-8 and the 6th seed. Pretty much a lock, but on any given Sunday. The 5th seed can be had if the Bills can get their chit together and pull off a sweep of the remaining games. The B word is the pretty much guaranteed win for the Cheaters remaining opponents is now a healthy 70% chance. Meaning teams like Houston just might get the upset in 2 weeks.
  17. Unless the season ended this weekend I would argue that it is not entirely true. It looks as if you didn't select a starting criteria. In the long run I believe we actually want the Chefs to lose to the Raiders. I was playing with the machine doing some off the cuff upsets and found a way for the Bills to get the #5 seed. Yeah, I know I'm delusional.
  18. So soon? It hasn't been their team decisions for a full season (last season they bought a product, this season they have a say)
  19. As long as it's not the Texans Pass Rush we feel .... Bills 23 Texans 17 say what.... now I need to change mine or not
  20. For those who critiqued my game reviews The results - 2 complete games by TT. The Un Luck(y) Colts and a poor Miami team. 0 by EJ.
  21. Gee look who disagrees Josh McDaniels on Rob Gronkowski: 'Very rarely, if ever, extends his arms' The Refs and the All 22 might just disagree with you Josh.
