The way this offense is playing, who in there right mind would go for it on 4th and 1 on their own 14? May as well just take a safety - you'd only guarantee giving up 2 points instead of 3. On that last fourth down, he should have realized, if they punt, NO has ground down the D so much at least a FG was inevitable. Why not go for it?
