Just breath and relax people, it isn't the end of the world, it's the 1st day of free agency of the year. Not all the top players gonna sign away some where else, from us, they gotta explore to see where the right fit is, and closer to home, and money. Just like any other job, so relax and quit feeling like your gonna explode, just relax! there's 7 more months before the regular season starts,

Why should we relax? After the release of Dockery and the creation of a new hole with no immediate fix in sight, I continue to have zero confidence in the front office. We have struck out with almost every free agent acquisition in the last five years, while letting decent players leave via free agency (Clements, Fletcher, Winfield, Williams and probably Greer). Why will it be different now, particularly if we only acquire so called reasonably priced players? In the past, we have failed with the expensive acquisitions (Dockery) and cheap acquisitions (Reyes). Yes, it is only the first day of free agency, but we are a weaker team now than we were at the end of last season and no one understands the plan to move forward and improve.

With the story we tried to trade Dockery, but messed it up, and the fact we let Fowler, Preston and Whittle go

concerns me. Not that they were great players, but the fact we haven't signed anyone scares me. I know free

agency just started and we have plenty of time, but the list of available O-line guys is not stunning and getting a

starting lineman in the draft is probalby not going to happen. Couple that with our only signing being a third

string QB, we are a weaker team then the end of last season.

It is not just the first day of free agency it is the about the 8th year in a row that we have taken a back seat to the franchises that do what they can to win and not just worry about the $$$ bottom line.

You'll probably tell everyone to take it easy when the Bills are 1-10...

-- The best available FA's are being signed.

-- The Pats, Jets, and Dolphins have acquired players that improved their teams.

-- Ralph is sitting on his wallet.

-- If something doesn't change fast, the Bills should trade that stupid Labatt 50 logo for a white flag!

Only if the dinner is poisoned....it was an idiotic post

$49M to Derrick Dockery 2 years ago in addition to Langston Walker's $25M deal

Takeo Spikes, Sam Adams, London Fletcher, Trey Teague, Dave Moore, Mark Campbell, Jeff Posey, Troy Vincent, Chris Villarrial, Spencer Johnson, Kawika Mitchell.........all are players we've picked up early in free agency periods within the past 8 years.

People need to stop overreacting after free agency has only been open for a day and a half...sheesh!!

enjoy last place do ya? NFL is a win now league!!! Its not a wait for everyone else to get better and then see what we can do in the draft sorta league!

F that! Teams that need improvement, have a plan in place and they start working on it 12:01am Friday.

Buffalo has not helped their situation, they have only made it worse!

So these poster saying its only day 2 crap can shove it! This team has shown me nothing, no hope for anything in 2009.

We haven't, necessarily, let those guys go. They haven't been re-signed, but the market doesn't seem to be banging down their doors.

Fowler is probably the least likely to come back though.

What? No Fowler? There goes the Greater Niagra Chess Club!
