Another Fan Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago So last year around now I was pushing 195 lbs at 5'9". I felt for the first time since I was younger I could stand to lose some weight. So I tried eating better and hit the treadmill. Even did a 5k in the summer. I can't do them nearly as fast I used to in my 20s but still. I got down to about 180-183 lbs in September. Thought I was doing going but I've been slowly gaining the weight back. Up to about 190 lbs. I feel like haven't really done anything that dramatically different then the summer. But maybe subconsciously in colder/darker weather I've been craving more calories. At anyway I googled it in our information age and looks like I'm not alone https://nutritionfacts.org/blog/seasonal-weight-gain-in-the-fall/ Quote

Not at the table Karlos Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago You body naturally stores more fat in colder months. Quote
PastaJoe Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I’ve gained about 5 pounds which I attribute to drinking too much soda and iced tea. I have to switch back to water. Quote
