We gotta try something new with coaching and FO. I'm not as passionate a hater as some, but we've got to try to get Allen his ring.

Grass is not always greener bro

To think we're going to bring in a coach who could beat Andy Reid five straight regular season games lol

McDermott might not be Bill belichick he's also very underrated here

He's not holding back rosters with nine pro bowlers every year

You're not wrong, but our passing game coordination and talent pipeline could use a serious examination and adjustment. We've got to try.

What struck me today, with what Allen did on that TD run was just tell the entire team, coaching staff, and organization, no matter how much you **** things over, I and I alone am enough to win games. This is something that in watching this league for > 50 years, I'm pretty sure I've never seen any player do the things Allen is doing right now. It's a damning indictment that this man doesn't have multiple championships. You have the most dynamic offensive weapon in the history of the game and you saddle him with an offense that minimizes his impact and shortens games and a defense that is empirically trash.

If this man doesn't get a championship, this year or next, this whole organization should be fumigated.

Could not of been said better. This front office and coaching staff should be ashamed of themselves. And the owner’s too stupid in football to know better. It’s been a Greek tragedy.

True the only missing accomplishment is a ring.

The legend of Kiko Alonzo doesn’t have ***** on JA17🤣

Kiko probably still has nightmares about what Josh has done to him, it's hard to think of a player Josh embarrassed more with his running than Kiko.

The cesspool that is twitter will tell you over and over, that nothing else even matters without that. Nevermind that there's like 100 other guys involved with the production of a win or a loss.

Point being, there's no other player that influences the outcome of a game more than 17, and probably only Miles Garrett is close. When you have that kind of advantage on your side, it takes some serious sandbagging for him not to have that accomplishment already.

I'm certainly not a "get McBeane out" guy.  I do think McDermott is a very good culture/atmosphere guy, and gets his team prepared for the most part.

But I am very fatigued on this defensive philosophy/style and it has killed them

The rotating linemen, undersized at each level, bringing back/retaining the same aged/aging characters, the shell on 3rd and long that always seems to be converted, the defensive timeouts that seem to have about a 10% favorable outcome on the next play, and a situation like yesterday, up by multiple scores and Cincinnati scores in a few plays in only seconds to get back in the game.   Seems to be easier against Buffalo than anyone else.
