Maye is not better than Allen at this point and he has quite a bit to go before he can sniff Allen's jock You sure about that? THIS season ? Nobody gives a damn about last year.. holds no bearing in the current..so right now you taking Allen over Maye in 2025? Let's pull up some numbers... and before you bring up opponents let's also point out that the Pats played some top defenses like Cleveland and Atlanta just to name a few (even though they have no offense) and still performed offensively. I mean no Willie Campbell and lost his other lineman.. seems to be no problem.. I mean, isn't like he is throwing to Puka Nakuas, Justin Jeffersons, CeeDee Lambs, A.J. Browns or the JaMarr Chases of the world ... wouldn't it be something if Drake Maye won a superbowl in his 2nd year, something Josh Allen has never done.. Wouldn't it be something if Drake Maye got to a superbowl.. something else Josh Allen hasn't done lol.. at least Dan Marino got to one, Joe Burrow as well, Jim Kelly too.. Dont worry.. I give Lamar Jackson the same criticism as being overhyped.. Quote

Allen is still the better QB Quote

Is there an issue you're insecure about you'd like to discuss? We are not like your big puff chested friends in Bean town. We accept people for who they are and don't expect you to always be tough. This; YOU... the epitome of Boston attitude, Massholes. Can't laugh at anything because everyone laughs at the stuffiness of that place. Insecurity and self conscious... At least that bit of low self of steam led y'all to throw tea in a harbor to help start the nation off... If you think there is a serious argument being made that Duke has a better football program than UNC in this current era - again proof that Boston is insufferable and has no sense of humor. Should I make fun of the big dig next? Will your panties get wadded up, Susan? Do you have any great Duke QBs or not? Of course not. Quote

Sonny Jurgensen is among the very best to ever play the position. beyond that - Thad Lewis was decent, Daniel Jones played for a team that embarassed the Patriots several times and way back Jerry Barger.... and since we are actually talking about all of NC... lets look at NC State QB's vs your beloved UNC program... Trubisky, Maye, TJ Yates, Sam Howell... all those SB rings.... 0? Russel Wilson has more than all of them combined. Rivers will go to the HOF. Brissett is a guy you may know...those are just recent guys. UNC has not been a good program for football historically. you're f'n insufferable. Edited 8 hours ago by boyst 1 Quote

ScotSHO Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I don't know, Daniel Jones could still be the better QB here if we're going Dukies vs. Uncs. Time will tell. 1 Quote

Allen is still the better QB "As of late 2025, Drake Maye has shown strong early production, often exceeding Josh Allen's stats at the same stage of his MVP-caliber 2024 season, with Maye throwing for more yards/TDs and a better completion rate through 11 games, while Allen remains elite, leading in QB rating and rushing TDs, highlighting their different strengths as a dynamic passer (Maye) and dual-threat (Allen). Here's a comparison based on comparable points in their 2024 (Allen) & 2025 (Maye) seasons: Through 11 Games (Approx. Mid-Season Comparison)" - cited from a source Good Ole Google.. lol Quote

I do think Maye is generally a more accurate passer in general. His ball placement is incredible. Josh had that type of placement yesterday, but I don’t think he’s as consistent with it. this is my bullet proof vest: Josh is the better QB. No doubt Quote

Ask any fanbase who they would rather have: Allen or Maye - i think only the PAtriots would be stupid enough to take Maye. Quote

All you do is keep moving the goal post after everyone of your clown shoes comments. Sonny Jurgensen? Too funny. Look Bozo, I never claimed that UNC is some of sort of QB factory or elite program. I was responding to the dumb comment that Maye could not possibly be any good because he is a product of such an insignificant school and football program. Time to move the goal posts again. 6 hours ago, boyst said: Drake Maye has played that elite schedule and top tier defenses like the Giants, Raiders, Steelers, Saints, injured Bucs, and hobbled Falcons... lol Don't forget the Buffalo defense. I would be very surprised by that tbh They aren't going to expose him...my guess is he has a very tidy line and their game plan is only going to require him to make a few big time plays Quote

You know Kraft would love nothing more than to win the division at home against the Bills and rub our noses in it. It will be a tough environment for the Bills, but one that Josh and the rest of the team usually thrive in. Quote

Have him get the ball out quick. They are missing OL. I think the Patriots are also due for a loss. They last loss in...September? Eventually luck runs out. 2 minutes ago, Psautcsk said: This is the biggest game for the Pats and their "fans" in a long time with two weeks to get ready.
