Buffalo Ballin Posted yesterday at 12:30 AM Posted yesterday at 12:30 AM Great that Keon caught a TD. Yet, he's got a long road ahead of him. 1 Quote

Even Reid hasn't been complimentary of him: Literally the only people who talk about him as anything special are Bills fans who still complain about trading him to the Chiefs. Grass is always greener on the other side when looking from a distance. Had Coleman and Worthy switched places, there will be equal amount of people complaining we picked another smallish guy, pointing out Coleman making those TD catches etc. 1 1 1 Quote
Ed_Formerly_of_Roch Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago So for all the comments regarding how poor Coleman is, from article in todays Athletic regarding #3 overall pick Abdul Carter, article also talked about some of the things LT did back in the day and apparently Parcells allowed. Article states Daboll tended to look the other way with Carter, but the guy who took over for him Carter had to sit out the opening series of the Giants’ Week 11 loss to the Packers, after he was asleep in the team facility at the time of the walk-through, Dan reported. (Carter denied the charge, saying on social media he was undergoing recovery, not sleeping.) Just two weeks later, Carter was again benched, this time for the entire first quarter of Monday’s loss to the Patriots. The reason? He missed a special teams meeting. After the game, Carter said, “S— happens,” before later apologizing for letting his teammates down. Taylor used to miss time for other reasons. One Sunday night, he drove home from playing golf, saw the stadium lights on and realized he was missing his team’s game. “I thought it was a Monday night game,” Taylor told James Brown. “I (told Parcells), don’t blame me. Blame the foursome in front of me. They were so slow.” When his Giants defensive coordinator, Bill Belichick, told head coach Bill Parcells about Taylor’s tardiness, Parcells asked, “Well, why’d you start the meeting before he got there?” Quote

Though you don’t know how it would pan out. Worthy is in a friendly situation given Mahomes/Kelce/Rice and Reid as the coach. Not been that impressed with him myself. Best moments of his were the garbage time in the Super Bowl when Philly called the dogs off and the game was borderline won. Not likely he becomes the guy we would have needed him to be if he’s struggling to make it work in KC. Quote

That's not a trade up in the 1st round type of outcome at all. Chiefs fans are annoyed with him and his role in the offense. It is all relative. I really dont care what chiefs fans think about Xaiver, i would be dumbfounded if they were as displeased as Bills fans are with Coleman. Keon is a borderline bust, especial;y considering where he was drafted. On 12/3/2025 at 1:13 PM, JESSEFEFFER said: I do not think its the slam dunk move that you seem to think it is. Considering Keon suffered a 4 week wrist injury in his rookie year, I think he's comparably productive and has more upside than does a situationally gimmicky player. As it is, I'd take Josh and Keon over Patrick and Xavier. You might not consider it a is not a slam dunk but I certainly do. A starter that was benched for 2 games? Quote

Xavier also has 28 more rushes for 189 more rushing yards and 3 more rushing TDs. Based on those numbers alone think the trade up wasn't that great of a deal to me, yet maybe can ask Chiefs fans what they think about Worthy? If you think it was a good trade for Coleman, we will disagree. Quote

It be a better trade for us if DeWayne Carter amounted to more. All I wlll say is Xavier Worthy AND Keon Coleman have both failed to live up to their draft expectations, personally I'd rather have Coleman of the two. Quote

It’s one of those ‘ended up a bad result for both teams’ type trades so far. I think both fan bases have reason to be disappointed with it chiefs were really in no position to give up a third with their dwindling talent and they spent a first on a guy that hasn’t looked much better than like an MVS level player to me so far despite having the best play caller in the league. Can’t even imagine what worthy would’ve looked like in Buffalo with Brady callin plays but it really can’t be much better than Coleman has been 😆 at least Coleman can run block which gets him snaps the bills certainly may have misused that third round pick but that doesn’t mean the chiefs would have had they not shipped it off to the bills Quote
