After that 4th and 27 play, there wasn't a doubt in my mind we weren't going to win that game.  That was until it was 3rd and 1 and Brady just didn't try to pick up the first down.

Should have run Allen, gotten the first down and then taken 4 shots at the end zone.  The second he kept passing the ball I got worried real quick.  Anderson made a great play on the tipped ball to Shakir, but it was the play call that bugged me the most.  Run Allen up the middle, tush push or even out of shotgun.....just get the first down!

But yeah.....regardless, if we would have won, it would have probably been one of the luckiest wins in team history.

Just another record to break.

The law of averages would say yes but everything last night seemed to be against us. Even after we got pounded by that defense we still had a shot. But we just couldnt get it done.

Exactly my thoughts. They had a timeout. Just a good push and Allen gets the 1st down  and it’s 4 shots to win the game. Such a simple and obvious decision.

the false start from Dion on 4th and 1 was reality hitting me in the face that they werent going to pull it out

Yeah I mean that happened right after Anderson play.

Hard disagree.

the defenders would be out a little louder but it was an ugly game that underscored the known issue which the GM chastised fans for commenting on

The Oline protection ?

Na luckiest win was the beating Denver with 3 TDs in 77 seconds.

I didn't think that play was that close until I saw the replay.  Josh really is incredible. Nice catch by Gabe, too.

It would have fooled all of us, though. We would have talked ourselves into the idea that we can pull it out anytime, and further ignored the major flaws in this team.

But but it was an absolutely outstanding and amazing effort between a WR Gabe 😍 and Josh Allen. In the Purity becoming that Play of Willing it to Be

Bills are a train wreck actually. Please lordy , protect Josh from getting killed by a DT/LB/SS/ FS on a missed gap assignment

Truthfully... seeing that play really made me wish we started forcing the ball to Gabe a little in this game.

Allen and Palmer clearly haven't developed the chemistry we all hoped they would and, who knows?  Maybe they still will... but for now we need to start getting the ball to Gabe considering Brady doesn't have a clue that Shakir is allowed to catch passes beyond the LOS, too.

I was confident we'd some how pull it out until the miss in 3rd and 1 Anderson near interception.

Yeah that one hurt. Would have kept the chains moving and then some. Not sure what kinda space was in front of the intended target (believe that was Shakir?)

Yeah.....that's probably the poster child for luckiest win.  The Comeback is on there for sure.  But this one would have been up there with as inept as they were for most of the night.

Based on the All-22, Shakir most likely gets 3-4 yards at most, but it would have been a sure first down.

Dawkins is full of s..t.  It might be a game of inches but he made it a game of yards on that last drive with the penalty.

I agree. In fact, each time Allen has targeted Gabe Davis thus far, it's evident they have chemistry that he does not have with most of his other WRs.

I hate "this version" of Allen cuz it's not winnable play. As we've seen
