Sorry,  Misspoke.  He was Elevated 3 times, and then not signed to the active roster, which in turn he was released/waived and then signed back to the PS.

He was never signed. He was never released from the Practice Squad. He was cut after Training Camp. Then they signed him to the Practice Squad. He has stayed there ever since. He was elevated 3 times. 

 

That's it. No release/waive involved. No signing. Just PS with 3 elevations.

I saw it was last year. The rules have gotten tighter for PS elevations.  Not looser.

In your defense here, that link is wrong. Either a typo or something they didn't update with the changes made before last season.

 

Beyond the obvious proof that that is incorrect with the Week 2, Week 3, and Week 5 elevations this year of Zion Logue with no signing to the roster and no release from the Practice Squad - do a search of PS rules. Literally every single one says what you keep coming back with is incorrect:
