T.J. Sanders to return to practice this week from IR

With the return of Jones this Sunday and Sanders returning to practice this week, we'll soon have 4/5 of our optimal DT room with Deone Walker, Daquan Jones, T.J. Sanders, and Larry Ogunjobi. 

 

Obviously, we're still missing our biggest piece in Ed Oliver. But a much better spot than we were at coming out of the Bye down Oliver, Jones, and Sanders.

Don’t forget we still have Carter a 3rd round pick two years ago out until next year. Lucky we have Phillips and Mathis that have done a decent job .

Sanders was my favorite draft pick in the last 5 years. So I'm excited. Usually me getting excited ends up poorly

Good news, maybe the knee injury that required surgery was limiting him at the start of the season.

 

Lets hope it's fully resolved now and he can make an impact.

Hope he gets back soon.  God knows we’ll lose somebody else by then anyways.  I’ve never seen such a poorly conditioned version of the Bills before.

Hoecht made such an immediate impact but Ogunjobi has yet to be relevant.  Sanders played in 4 games with just 2 tackles before his injury.  Getting Williams from the Jets would have made a world of sense last week, but Beane failed.

I don’t know how many times this needs to be said but the Jets were not going to trade within the division.  Diana Russini reported on this.

The Dolphins almost did it and the Jets are blowing it up way more than them. Beane has no problem trading with the Chiefs (not division but our biggest nemesis). Anything is possible with the right negotiation skills. And if not the Jets then he should have got help from somewhere else. We have no depth and the injuries are piling up.
