I saw it the other day - on a Pats board.

If it's not for any reason, it's pretty close.  The only reason they're in 1st is the schedule. Even the Bucs were down some of their best players (who are of course back at practice for this week's Bills game).

I don't care about proving it. It's an easy schedule.  Everyone knows that.  The Pats have improved but they're not the team being hyped right now.

In the 2025 season thru 10 games, they are exactly that. You can bring up the schedule this and schedule that all you want it's irrelevent, and you likely don't comprehend how hard it is to win games in the NFL, even harder to win on the road. You just literally went to Miami and got cooked, was supposed to be an "easy win"

You play who they say you play and that's all their is to it

Bad teams don't go on the road and beat teams like buffalo or Tampa bay.

And if MV and JM aren't there they aren't anywhere near 8-2, not even close.

People always forget the Pats were the “easy” team the last 2 years.. and I absolutely agree without Vrabel and Josh M here they aren’t close to 8-2.

The division was lost when we lost to Miami last week. Based on the AFC standings today and schedule if NE goes 6-1 they will most likely land the #1 seed.

What a crazy turn around a new coach made in NE.

The play the games for a reason. Who wins the Division, Bills or Pats? Who do each beat along the way.  I project a 13-4 tie between the Bills and Pats.  With the winner being the #1 seed in the AFC.

Well although I’m trying to be cautiously positive with both team 13-4, but even if we beat the Cheats, because we lost to the Fish, they will have the better AFCE record, and thus we become the 5th seed.  I know that sucks, but I don’t see them losing the weak teams.  The only thing that flipped the seeding to a 6th AFCE title will mean the Jets or Fish have to win against the Pats.

It still would be a successful season and then all bets are off in the playoffs.  Only if the 6th or 7th seed goes on a run in the playoffs, and beat two division winners, our last game at Rich stadium will be the final game of the season.  It really will be farewell to Highmark in January.  I know this isn’t what we want, but it’s probably accurate.

The only saving grace is we go to the Pats and beat them in Foxborough twice.  Once in the season, once in the playoffs.

better fix that defense, allowing 148 yards a game on the ground is not a winning formula

For tonight's game the Pats are going with their rivalry jerseys. The Giants are bringing back their 80's look with the word "GIANTS" across the helmet and they are wearing white jerseys at home vs the Packers. The Rams are also going with their rivalry jersey this weekend.

And apparently the Jets, Dolphins and Browns will be naked.

You evidently haven’t been watching these past couple of weeks, and since McD has taken over even though he won’t admit it, is going to help even with all of these subtractions with the injuries.

The only games I'm somewhat confident the Bills will win are the Browns and Jets.  From what I've witnessed this season, they don't stand much chance against the Bucs, Eagles or Patriots.  I'll add the Bengals to that list, assuming Joe Burrow returns (and it's definitely looking that way).  The Steelers and Texans are equally inconsistent with some strengths and some big flaws.  I think it's fair to say we split them.

So unless the Bills make a 180 degree turnaround in pretty much everything they are doing, I think this season is headed towards an epic collapse.  My guess is a 9-8 finish with no playoffs.

I have this fear the Bills lose at Pittsburgh & Cleveland.

It's a WC year folks. Unless Maye gets hurt there's no way the AFC East is won by the Bills.
