Good teams are rarely hiring head coaches. It is up to the coach to build the culture and get the most out of his players. Daboll could not do it. Quote

The same bad QB that is having an amazing year thus far with the Colts? And before you start the but Taylor stuff...Jones had Barkley in NY. And in what world was Daboll a "damn good OC"? Daboll benefitted from Josh Allen. Daboll would OFTEN completely abandon the running game. And if you're fed up with Brady and his cute play calls....my friend that is Brian Daboll's bread and butter. The amount of people that don't remember how happy we were to see Daboll head out is mind boggling. Quote
