I am nervous about that game. They do suck but they always get up for the Bills and give them a hard time at MetLife. The Bills are 1-2 in their last three trips there. In last year's 23-20 Bills win the Jets missed two FG's and an extra point. The Bills probably win but I bet it won't be easy.

They did a nice job with Fields when they played him in Chicago.  It's a tyrod game strategy - keep him in the pocket, attack the mesh point, gap integrity in the run game, and get after the ball.

They want to be a run heavy team this year. Stopping Breece is job #1 for the defense.

I think they are going to be a physical pain in the butt team.  I would bet by the end of the season they are a tough run first team that plays well on special teams and doesn't beat itself.  I have no idea how many wins they will have but I love Aaronn Glenn as a coach.  All those guys who grew up around Parcells I am partial to.

Losing tucker is a big blow to how they want to play the game.

With Fields at QB? Doubtful. That dude sucks ass

It's the aspect of football that I enjoy the least yes. I get that it is a part of the sport and that there's just only so much the league could do and the players know the risks now more than ever. But yeah I hate seeing players get hurt.

Its  never good especially the serious injuries.  But that must be a real serious Triceps injury for the Jets' guard to miss the entire year.

I dont think Breece is anything spectacular personally.  He doesn't recognize the right hole or read frequently enough to be a major problem, and Fields is a major downgrade from Rodgers.

I'd be shocked if NYJ win more than 4 games this year.

It's a torn triceps, tough break for the Jets, they are just a very snakebitten franchise similar to the drought era Bills. They actually will be nearing the Bills in terms of playoff drought futility as if they don't make the playoffs by 2027 they will have tied the Bills mark for playoff futility and if they don't make it by 2028 they will have exceeded it.

What's even more embarrassing is that the last 5 years the Jets have had a expanded playoff format with an extra 7th seed in the AFC. It's hard to project that much farther out that the Jets won't make it but I think it's a good bet to think they likely won't make it this year and if they go with a rookie QB for 2026 that might push them to a 16 year drought heading into 2027...

Meh.  We missed a FG and an extra point.   we also gave up a hail mary 11 penalties for 94 yards (Jets had a ton too), but I remember the calls being pretty not great to us (lol the link below, cant find the spencer brown unsporstman like that wiped away a DPI).  So yes they do give us a tough time but it seems to be more us screwing it up than them playing at another level.

They have played well on D but that was Saleh's D. New scheme now so it might not be as effective
