ChronicAndKnuckles Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Okay I swear to God this was not a fever dream. I remember the Bills getting screwed on a caught 2 point conversion. I want to say it was Roscoe Parrish. For the life of me I have been trying to figure this out for years. Quote
dhgold Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Worst: Facemask penalty called against Bruce Smith when he one-hand sacked Boomer Esiason, clearly grabbing only jersey, during the first half of 1989 AFC Championship game. 1 Quote

Worst was when Josh was way past the marker and the ref moved it back behind the marker in the KC game . Not to be confused with the previous play where the Bills receiver was well past the first down marker but they placed the ball a yard short. Rigged? Quote
SinceThe70s Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Pretty sure the Vinny Testaverde 'TD' against the Seahawks (see below starting around 2:50) along with the Bills/Pats debacle in 1998 were main factors in introducing instant replay reviews. Replay reviews are a necessary evil imo, I just wish (and it won't ever happen) that we could avoid the Zapruder-like reviews that take way too long and leave nobody convinced that they got the call right anyway. Cheering or agonizing over a plays outcome well after it happened diminishes the product for me - and that's for all sports. Quote
nuklz2594 Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Giving him the business with ref doing the punching was epic Quote
Albany,n.y. Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Jim Kelly throwing it out of the endzone & into the stands vs Miami deep in Miami's territory & called for intentional grounding. Gets picked on the next play. The Winston intentional grounding today was pretty bad. Winston misses his receivers & they add insult to injury by calling IG on him. Quote
BigDingus Posted August 9 Posted August 9 This "interception" is still one of the worst calls I've seen (7:27 in the video). Quote
