Older, coming off a year where people wonder if he’s lost a step. Still gets this contract. If you want a difference maker, you better draft one. I’m hoping this happens with Bosa… On 7/17/2025 at 9:49 PM, TheBeaneBandit said: Stupid should hurt. Eat it Steelers 😂😆🤣 TJ Watt is worth every penny. It’s too bad the Steelers don’t have an offense worth a crap. Quote

I could be wrong, but I don’t really see Groot producing more than he is now…He’s a top run defender, but just an average pass rusher…And his skill set doesn’t seem to suggest he will be able to do more than that. His age, physical being and progression to date suggests he’s not done improving to me. The top guys are getting 35-40M now. I don’t think he’s going to be a top guy, but I think he’ll be a value @ 20M aav in 2-3 years when lesser guys are going to be getting. i get that everyone wants him to be a 15+ sack guy, but in good with 12 and being one of the best run defenders in the league Quote

Take it or leave it is a good strategy when there's a year left on their rookie contract. Seemed everybody played ball but Cook. Edited July 22 by Doc Brown 1 Quote

I think his contract is great value for us and also a very smart move for him and his career. Bernard, I think he got a little more than I expected considering his penchant for injury and play in 2024. 1 Quote

Still, Milano's gone after this year probably so it give the Bills some stability at the position. It's a little easier to swallow when Edmunds is making $18m/year and the Eagles signed Baun for $17m/year. I think $10.54m/year was fair especially when only $14.1m was fully guaranteed. It's an easy contract to get out of after two years as I'm sure injury concerns were part of that equation. McDermott obviously loves the kid and sees him as the leader of the defense so I'll trust his judgment. 1 Quote

If he doesn’t pan out or if he can’t stay healthy, we can cut ties after 2026. I’d really like for Dorian Williams to learn the responsibilities at the Mike and be able to backup either Milano or Bernard. I loved what I saw in his game last year. Taron Johnson is putting his career on hold until an injury happens Quote
