Hur says Biden is too old and his memory is too shot for a jury to find him guilty... "We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during out interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," it said. "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. Doc Posted February 8 Share Posted February 8 He can't be charged criminally anyway since he's a President. And by the time next year rolls around, he'll be a drooling vegetable and it would be a waste of time. But they can still impeach him.
