Washington is a giant washing machine with a giant green dollar sign on the front of it. At least this money(mostly older equipment) is being used to fight an enemy. You almost have to expect to lose a few billion/trillion when discussing the military/Pentagon. Lucky for us, Trump wants to pump endless money into the military industrial complex, while finding ways to cut waste in "entitlements" we paid into our whole lives. I think most Americans want the same things, but they also know that neither candidate or party is going to deliver for them. The democrats are starting to smarten up, but you seem to hold that against them. Not Trump, Biden or Congress is even close to having favorability over unfavourability.
