I think the jury is still out on Mayfield, but the Browns will pay, because they will have to. Baltimore is an interesting case. They are not going to want to break the bank on Jackson. This could get ugly. The problem he has though is his skills are not highly transferable to another team. They would have to build, including offensive systems and coaching, around him.
