Fraud or no fraud? that is the question...

If there was a transfer of the USB card, like the video creator suggests, how would that necessarily mean there was fraud?

USB could have contained a video of a closed practice of the Falcons next opponent that the guy with his back to the camera was going to take to Morris. Since we didn't see what was on it we don't know what was on it. But given the location of the incident and you just have to make some assumptions about the contents.

Video shows election night poll workers in Georgia taking (what looks to be) USB card from the computer and, surreptitiously, passing it along to another worker...

On the surface, it appears like they are trying not to be detected...

I was just wondering why this might be a big deal- what are the potential hazards that might make this a fraudulent situation?

Do you think the elections are rigged in this country?

Ya know, Tiberius, that’s a great question...I’m  really not sure...Id like to think there isn’t...but seeing things like this doesn’t help...

And other countries have fraudulent elections, so I can’t put passed the realm of possibility...and with more and more technology being used, it would seem to make it easier to rig an election if people wanted to...

It is said that every election has “some” fraud...the question then becomes, is it systemic?

In school we learned about the fraud back in Chicago, during the 1960 elections between Nixon and Kennedy...

But if there is fraud I don’t think it would be a Democrat or Republican thing...I think both parties are capable and complicit...I guess it just becomes a thing where “do the people decide for the parties”? Or “do the parties decide for the people”?

A spokesperson for the Gwinnett County Government explained to Reuters via email what the video actually shows: “This is a Dominion technician producing a data report on the server and saving the report to a Dominion USB thumb drive and then using a laptop to filter requested information. The Dominion servers are not equipped with Excel and counties are not authorized to install any hardware or software on these systems.”

This is yet another desperate attempt by the Trump people to claim something out of nothing.  The tech for the company was transferring a report from one computer to another, had absolutely nothing to do with votes. The people in Georgia responsible for elections have completely debunked this, yet the guy apparently is getting death threats.

Why are so many people beholden to a con man?  What has happened to the ability to think?

You may be right...but if it as you say, an innocent act, why the coy behavior, looking around to see if anyone is watching? Why not just hand it to the young man? Why pretend to stretch while she slips it into his pocket...

Just playing devils advocate here, but you have to admit, the behavior does lend itself to question...

I don't believe you because you have consistently started threads -- I think this is your third try but I might have missed one or more -- that raises the issue of "election fraud", including presenting supposed "evidence" that's little more than supposition and conjecture.   You are simply trying to keep claims of election fraud on the front page of PPP, which suggests that you do, in fact, believe there was widespread election fraud.   There's no evidence of any organized or widespread election fraud anywhere in the country as evidenced by nearly every single case being thrown out of court for lack of evidence, but that obviously isn't good enough for you.  You'd rather believe some video purporting to show "something shady".

The only "fraud" in Trump's "election fraud" campaign is Trump's siphoning off of nearly $200 million that his supporters contributed to help his legal fight into his own pockets.

You are right- I probably should have combined, at least, a few of those threads...my bad...mods feel free...

But the things I put on here are things I that I see and want to get other people’s opinions on... I want to hear other perspectives in case I’ve missed something...

Potential election fraud and covid are the two biggest issues going on right now...so it only makes sense that people are talking about them in PPP...

And if new videos or info comes out,  I’ll try to keep it to one thread...👍

Given our federalized system where states and counties choose how to conduct elections, it is extremely difficult to have systemic fraud.

If there was fraud on the part of a Dominion voting system, why would a hand recount and another machine recount produce basically identical results to the original count?

Here is an analysis that breaks it down better.

Oh and let's not forget that Bill Barr said the only thing that could be large enough to change the outcome of the election was Dominion voting, that both the DOJ and DHS looked at it and said there is nothing there.  And keep in mind that Chris Krebs (Republican and a Trump appointee), Gabriel Sterling, Brad Raffensperger and Brian Kemp, republicans all who ran and certified the election, all say there is nothing there.  Why is is so hard to believe the simple explanation that Trump lost?

No it doesn't lend itself to question.  The people in charge of elections looked into it, and it was nothing.  Let me repeat, nothing.  The votes in Georgia have been counted three times now.  My suggestion to you is to have faith in the electoral process, and quit looking down rabbit holes just because the man-child in the White House can't accept he lost?

Sure it does.  Poll watchers being boxed out.  Votes found as if by magic.  Pipe breaks that never occurred.  People encouraged to leave a polling place during as the count was proceeding.  Ballots under tables.  Dominion reliability.  Statistical anomalies.

There’s plenty to be concerned with, so just sit tight as we see it through.

Faith in our system is vital, and it has been shaken though incompetence or outright fraud.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson had just finished wrapping string lights around her home’s portico on Saturday evening and was about to watch “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” with her 4-year-old son when a crowd of protesters marched up carrying American flags and guns.

About two dozen protesters chanted “Stop the Steal” and accused Benson, a Democrat and Michigan’s chief election officer, of ignoring widespread voter fraud — an echo of President Trump’s continued unfounded claims as he seeks to overturn the results of the election that President-elect Joe Biden won.

“She’s decided to completely ignore all of the credible, credible, fraudulent evidence that has been continually pointed out,” demonstrator Genevieve Peters said of Benson, as she live-streamed the protest in Detroit on Facebook. “We’re out here in front of the secretary of state’s house and we want her to know we will continue to be here.”

Exactly how is Dominion unreliable?  It produces a paper ballot that can and has been audited.  There have been 3 counts, one of which was a hand recount, and they are all consistent.  Trump has lost 3 times.

None of this happened according to the people in charge.  Enough is enough of these conspiracy theories.
