Only thing embarrassing is the left's futile attempt at trying to get ANYTHING to stick to President Trump and failing over and over and over!!

So Trump is filing another lawsuit, this time against another former member of his team. A non disclosure agreement violates the first amendment. What a loser Trump is

NDAs do not violate the 1st Amendment.

it's sounds good though

you declare yourself at liberty to sign a contract, and believing it violates the first amendment, renege when convenient.

NDA's can be overly-broad, though...and I think the one Trump's staffers got may have been.  NDA's I've seen are usually crafted to protect privacy info, intellectual property, or competitive information. A blanket "you can't talk about nuthin' to no one" would probably get thrown out on several points.

And it doesn't override whistleblower protection, either...although technically, going public with a half-assed "tell all" book isn't whistleblowing.

Of course, this day and age that could be asking "Did the Redskins win last night?"

I once had a manager describe a shambolic meeting she attended as a "Chinese fire drill."  In front of my dev team.  Who were all Chinese.  It was hilarious.

One is free to challenge anything they have entered into as a contract, it often leads to a reduction depending on many variables.

This is not the same as declaring that all NDAs by nature violate the 1st Amendment....

accounting firms have sought to impose them, along with non-competes, on people leaving firms, it rarely holds for those below the partnership level though.

Jillette told Vulture that he "can emotionally tell you things that happened racially, sexually, and that showed stupidity and lack of compassion when I was in the room with Donald Trump and I guarantee you that I will get details wrong."

"If Donald Trump had not become president, I would tell you all the stories. But the stakes are now high and I am an unreliable narrator," he said.

He added that he was only sleeping four to five hours a night during the taping of the show and was under stress during filming.

The Hill is really on fire. Penn goes on record saying that although Trump never actually said anything racist, that Trump is still a big meanie and it made him uncomfortable because he was tired a lot. Oh by the way, Penn also stated that he might not remember everything accurately.

I really can't decide if The Hill is just trolling people with TDS or not.

Trump spouting off vile racist comments would have come out well before 1990

Okay, and let's say he used the N word. What does that mean? I mean, beyond the fact that he can get a job as a NYT editor?

It means nothing. Nothing at all.

It's just fluff until the left has their next Stormy Daniles, Omarosa story to pester everyone with.

Since most of the language seems to have some sort of racist connotation these days this quote is meaningless.

Last night two of my sister in laws were exchanging texts that I was included in. One of them(currently vacationing in Italy) had such brazen insensitivity to refer to the people there as "natives" of Italy. That brought swift condemnation from the other sister in law stating "Don't ever use "native" as it is racist". No surprise she lives in Cali. Amazing, moronic times we live in.

it would inflame those who hate Trump already

it would probably end any usurping of the African-American voter populace to his side in 2020

i am not sure that demographic is really into watching CNN or CNBC constantly in the first place, I'm not qualified...

The left couldn't stand Omarosa because she betrayed the left and the black community by working for Trump.

Now that she was fired and has this "tell all" book................... she is a hero to them now by appearing on every show imaginable.

Color me shocked by all of this.

By the way, this is the same woman who wanted to bang Piers Morgan for a "show-mance".

Ex-Trump exec: He's racist through and through

Former President of Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino Jack O'Donnell says President Donald Trump has a long history of racism and is "a racist through and through."

Dude...not sure how to get this across to you and the other eight people who watch CNN: America does not care about former employees calling Trump a racist.

America, in fact, is tired of hearing everyone called a racist...except actual racists.

Please. Change the channel. Because the ONLY people who are care the people who can't understand how he beat Hillary. And you don't want to be a part of that nutbag circus.
