Pretty much every head coaching/gm move they've made since firing Wade. Including the current regime. A multitude of ridiculous draft pick blunders, trades, cuts is a direct result of that.

Drafting all the RB's and DB's in the first round during the 17 year playoff drought

Hiring Wrecks instead of promoting Schwartz to HC; Wrecks ruining a great defense

I’m infuriated about 10 or 20 times each Bills Game during the season but I’m generally OK again by Monday morning.

Not dealing up for Big Ben only to trade back up and get losman. 

 

Trading up and taking TJ Graham over Russell Wilson.

 

 

Maddest I’ve been at the team. Allen over Rosen is something I’ve been conditioned to expect. Hope I’m wrong.

Several - but just sticking to this regime - I guess not picking up Sammy Watkins option. He signed a 3 yr 48 mill contract this offseason and we could have had him at 11.2 million. I am at peace with everything else that was done with Sammy Watkins post not picking up the option - the trade to the Rams etc. I just feel that if the option had been picked up - we could have gotten more compensation from Rams. 

 

I am also a bit pissed at the compensation we got from KC for Ragland.

 

Notwithstanding the above, I think very highly of what McBeane have done.
