If Buffalo wants 1 or 2 imo this is when it happens. The main guys have worked out and talked to everyone so everybody has a good feel of how they rank each player. 12 is a long way from 1 or 2, but in a draft when 4 Qbs go top 10 you are still getting an impact starter at 22. If Buffalo has the intentions of making a big offer it happens during the meetings. If it comes and goes without a splash from one Bills drive I assume they target 4 or 6 and 7 and they trade up to back of the top 10 to get which ever guy remains.
