Mcdermott and his crew are no different than Rex

Simply put. Mcdermott has already lost the locker room most likely. Tyrod was one of the most liked and respected guys on the team and he got benched for a rookie QB with no game experience, just because Tyrod doesn't fit into whatever the hell they think they are trying to do here.

And he hired a bunch of his "buddies", he is trying to fit the players on the team into his system, which clearly isn't working on offense. Him and Beane got rid of all the young talented players and replaced them with injury prone players that other teams had no use for.

Mcdermott is NO different than the past failed coaches behind him. The QB switch is one of, if not the most stupidest decisions of the drought era.

Really hard to be optimistic with the future of this team, how can you trust this front office with all the picks we have??

Dark day in Bills history today.

McDermott is worse than Rex. We were better off with Rex and last years team. Without our a doubt.

I agree, Rex was an awful coach but at least he stood up for his players and didn't push anyone out bc they didn't fit their stupid philosophies.

Would giving Sean more than 10 games be too much to ask or

when a rookie coach comes in swinging a big stick and riding the roster of young talent, he needs to win now. those decisions had many people scratching their head, including the decision to bench 5.

I'm really starting to wish we could just bring back Jim Schwartz. We have a really good defense with that guy.

Garbage head coach in Detroit. Pass.

We didn't question it when we were 5-2. Give them 3 seasons.

Unfortunately McD will get another season, maybe two, based solely on the perception factor.

But McD lost the locker room this week, and most of the fan base too. This misstep is so huge that I don't see him ever recovering, and I am not trying to be dramatic. Benching a respected leader and QB who has you in a playoff spot for a rookie that comes out with the worst performance EVER (in the merged league) is a fireable offense.

Not 3. 5. You made the bed gotta sleep in it

Why give them 5 seasons if you think they are underachieving and are on the wrong track.

I never understood that line of thinking.

Should the Browns give Hue Jackson 5 seasons as well just because they made that bed?

Do you know how long bill cowher was coach in Pittsburgh? As a corollary how long did he stick around before he won a super bowl?

that guy survived multiple seasons with kordell Stewart as qb ffs. That stability in the face of adversity is why they are who they are.

In his first four years they were 11-5, 9-7, 12-4, and 11-5.
