Tyrod was one of the most liked and respected guys on the team and he got benched for a rookie QB with no game experience, just because Tyrod doesn't fit into whatever the hell they think they are trying to do here. And he hired a bunch of his "buddies", he is trying to fit the players on the team into his system, which clearly isn't working on offense. Him and Beane got rid of all the young talented players and replaced them with injury prone players that other teams had no use for. Mcdermott is NO different than the past failed coaches behind him. The QB switch is one of, if not the most stupidest decisions of the drought era. Really hard to be optimistic with the future of this team, how can you trust this front office with all the picks we have?? I agree, Rex was an awful coach but at least he stood up for his players and didn't push anyone out bc they didn't fit their stupid philosophies. But McD lost the locker room this week, and most of the fan base too. This misstep is so huge that I don't see him ever recovering, and I am not trying to be dramatic.
