Not hard to figure out really; there are plenty of players every year that pile up receiving yards without their QB being the team MVP. Really not that complicated...Because we think McCoy is going to have an equally big year. In fact, I think McCoy will not only get his 1700 combined yards again this year (Rushing and Receiving), but he could easily increase that if he stays healthy and could challenge for 2000 total yards. He hit 1700 yards last year despite missing a full game and more than half of 2 others. So if Sammy ends up with 1500 yards and McCoy has 1800 and double digit TD's, its pretty easy to see how McCoy would edge out Sammy in that case...Team receiving yard record isn't that high, in fact there are WR's in the NFL every year who put up more yards than the Bills team record.
