@BuffaloBillsPR

The @buffalobills have held free agent visits with the following players: T Andre Smith DE Jayrone Elliott WR Jeremy Butler

Elliott & Butler were both "my guys" during their draft processes. I love this new staff already.

Wikipedia currently has Butler on the Buffalo Bills roster.

What's Butler all about Blokes? Signed now.

He'll probably be fighting for a 4th/5th spot as a backup to whoever the #2 WR ends up being. 4.6 speed guy, decent routes, sticky hands. Possession WR type that doesn't really have a remarkable physical skill.

Joe Flacco raved about him (and his hands) 2 years ago in mini camp. Kinda like the Boykin signing last year but more reliable.

Good analysis, even quicker response time.

Thanks!

Is Jayrone Elliott a DE or an OLB?

Elliott was a 4-3 end at Toledo but played a 3-4 OLB role in Green Bay. Little light for a McDermott DE so maybe evaluating him as a backup Sam? Someone to take Lorenzo's ST snaps so he can focus on playing LB full time? Playing DE at Toledo at 240 so he's capable of dropping the weight.

Then again, signing Davis might've ended the interest in him if they saw him at DE.

Thank you, Blokes
