Bogosian says he's looking to just play his game, not try to do too much as he returns to the lineup.

Coach Bylsma says Bogosian will play tonight; Kane will not. "Just to have them back on the ice makes you excited about our team."

@JourdonLaBarber

Evander Kane said he'll travel with the team this week on their St. Louis-Dallas road trip. #Sabres

@BuffNewsVogl

Sabres' Evander Kane: "I'm ahead of the schedule they set, behind the one I set. ... I felt good." Won't play tonight, but should soon.

This is great news. he's traveling with the team on their upcoming road trip, so that's a very good sign he'll be back in a game or 2. Plus Bogosian back, this can only help an steadily improving team...

I don't live anywhere near there but it looks like Buffalo Wild Wings has several locations there. The ones I have been to have the NHL package. Tuesday night special on bone-in wings.

http://buffalowildwings.com/en/locations/

Should have thought of them. One about 2 miles from hotel. Thank you!

Friggen Omaha... First time there. I prolly doing a disservice with preconceived notions, as many do about Buffalo. Commited to tooling around a bit and trying to get a sense for the place.

11-17: Joe Yerdon on Sports Radio 1270 with Rich Gaenzler (15:36)

Yerdon: With what Bylsma has been able to do with this team, getting them to .500 without Bogosian or Kane is impressive

Yerdon: We are going to have to wait and see at warm ups tonight who is in and who is out for the defense.

Yerdon: This game is almost a game where the Sabres have to play keep away, you have to play a bang up puck possession game

Yerdon: If you let the Stars dominate you, they'll run circles around you.

Yerdon: Jason Spezza has always been one of the best in the league, he can make a killing on the PP or 5v5, he's been doing it all career

Yerdon: Ullmark has done well for basically getting thrown into the fire, he's played strong.

Yerdon: Evander Kane might be back by Saturday, by the latest he'll be playing here Monday night against St. Louis, that's how close he is
