As I understand it only players with I believe it less than 4 years are PS eligible. Players with more than 4 years exp who are released become UFA Therefore anyone with less than 4 years would go through waivers But if a player who went through waivers has to be added to active squad, then how would anyone ever end up on PS (as must have less than 4 years for PS)?? Either I'm missing something or the statement below can't be true as with what I wrote above there's no path to PS?? If you claim them off waivers (which go in reverse order of record from last year, I think), you have to add them to the active roster.
