Enough drugs were stolen during the Baltimore riots to keep the whole city high for a year. Well someone was embracing the entrepreneurial spirit. Why steal a flat screen when you can take the drugs, sell them and buy a full suite of things to decorate your section 8 crib. There's a bright side to that though - it means that once the gang/drug turf war settles down, the city will be mellow for a whole year.
