Is Sammy Drinking from a Poison Well?

After watching the game and seeing our prized no. 1 draft choice for 2014-2015 drop some passes that were easily catchable (not making excuses for EJ or his routine inaccuracy throwing the ball) it was telling to hear Sammy a veteran of all of three regular season games comment after the game that he has to catch those passes adding that it is irrespective of off target they are , well it seems that here we are only four games into the season and our vaunted receivers including Woods and Sammy and Williams are all looking to end the season and catch an early bus to next year and seem to have already given up the ghost of EJ. That seems to be something that is contagious and that other Bills players are likely already buying into the let's ride out this season and maybe next year attitude. I squarely put the blame on the coaches, GM and an overall lack of professionalism.

Catch an early bus to next year? If the team sucks his year, they will suck again next year. The worst part is we have no 1st round pick in 2015 to get one of the top QB prospects. Marrone and Whaley placed blind faith in EJ. If he fails they rightfully will be fired. The back-up QB plan this offseason was a complete joke and wreaks of incompetence.

Dirty little secret about our offensive woes....yes EJ is awful right now but

We are too young at WR and Big Mike the 'vet' is new and almost completely irrelevant.

Add that to a useless TE as a blocker..

Woods has shown signs of being a mini Dez. The body language. He's already had his doghouse moment in preseason.

And....add to this 2 rookies on the oline. And a converted journeymen RT over to Guard.

Maybe we shouldn't be surprised at the struggles.

Yes a lot of this is on EJ...but it's 65 percent on Marrone/Hackett/Whaley for failing to get these guys on the same page. I still refuse to lay whole blame on EJ simply bc he never should have been drafted where he was. If the powers that be think he's the guy and here he is failing, that's an indictment on them. Whaley, Marrone especially.

Hackett stays, and Sammy NEVER turns into what he's supposed to... It's that simple... Hackett should GO.... And if Marrone don't like it, he can go too.... Those two coached one of the chittier college offenses I've seen... They had their chance. -It's over.

Seriously with this comment. So tired of hearing ignorant posters parrot this.

Marv had 1 1/2 seasons posting losing records before the Bills turned it around in his third.

Maybe they say patience is a virtue for a reason?

Yeah, but he saddled himself on Jim Kelly! Like it or not the coach and QB are tied together. Especially who you choose to ride. It says a lot about the coach. And, whether he is to be trusted in his decision making.

GET OVER THE NO #1.

GO take a look at where the QB's who made the playoffs last year and where they were drafted.

That you have faith in an organization that has shown an unwillingness to draft QB's unless they have zero other options says something about you.
