....lybob
It's the maddening thing about the Bills, they want to be a run first team but made a very weak effort to upgrade the interior of the line, seriously if you want to be a run first team don't you need OGs that can drive block and pull reasonable well? CSBill
Richardson at LG, Urbik or Chris Hairston at RG . . . I know they gave Hairston al look at RG in pre-season, but I think its time to get serious about that move.
BuffaloBillsMagic1
To me, Chris Willams has been even worse! I'd play Richardson at LG, his natural position and begin prepping CK for RG...JMO Have to agree as they , at least have youth, size, and an upside! ALF
A OG or OT used as a blocking TE could go out 3 yards once a game if no one to block as a safety outlet for the QB . I don't mean to use him as a normal TE, just block.
Over 29 years of fanhood
Interesting point. If Henderson needs the mentor than we may have to deal with medicare guard play. Could Urbik fill that mentor role? Pears played tackle. What stunts expose is the lines lack of familiarity with each other. Since the line played well against the phins solid front 4, and even held their o v bears, I've gotta believe this will get better over the season. It may not have worked yet but they made a very serious effort to upgrade their line.
