What do the studies say in regards to who is committing crime based off population? ie, half the murders in America are done by 13% of the population.

Poverty. Single parent homes. No parent homes. 

 

There is also a correlation to when SNAP/Welfare benefits were enacted then were heavily pushed in the 1960's and single parent homes in the black community. The black community used to have lower divorce rate than any other race in America until the 1960's. Then it skyrocketed. Crime also skyrocketed in those communities.
