Pot and sports

Recommended Posts

With our starting DL being arrested for pot the Bills are looking at being damaged by pot yet again. We lost Marshawn because of pot don't forget. Dareus seems to be on the wrong road with pot.

I have to say that I get it to a degree. These guys grew up around pot and there is still probably a lot of peer pressure.

What I don't get is why middle class and rich kids get into it and basically ruin their own lives. We can argue about liberal and conservative, rich and poor, black and white, city and suburbs all we want but wherever you are from, pot makes your chances for success lower.

A great example of this is Michael Phelps. He works his whole life and earns about 85 gold medals for swimming. He is a big celebrity and basically has the entire world at his disposal.....then.....pot. He gets into pots, ruins his own reputation, in all probability keeps smoking because he developed the delusional pot mindset that it can't be the pot that is the problem, it is everything else.

Now he is back swimming. Why? Love of competition, breaking more records? I doubt it. He already accomplished more than anyone in history before he started in with the doobage. My guess is that his pot induced view of reality rendered him useless to the business world whether it was endorsements or anything else. Now he is back to the pool, where his reputation can only decline, not increase. Do you think he'll realize pot caused the decline? I don't.

Of course he won't realize that pot is the cause of his decline. Pot destroys braincells at an alarming rate, evidence of this abounds, so I doubt Phelps is able to remember his full name let alone pinpoint the culprit of his misery. Considering he was photographed smoking from a bong, a contraption that is designed to expedite the smoke into one's lungs at speeds that rival a locomotive, you have to figure his brain function right now is near Canadian levels of stupidity. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if he defects to Canada just so he can get geographically high.

Why? Who the hell shops at the mall these days anyway?

Exactly! If no one is shopping at malls, then why are these rogue mall cops running around arresting fake pot smokers?! It seems like a bad idea to just let these Paul Blarts loose on the front lines of the war on drugs.

As someone who does LSD every day, i think pot is a terrible substance and anyone caught with possession, even for medical reasons should be sent to guantanamo.

But we're talking about fake pot.

What happens if you smoke fake pot in Canada? If you smoke fake pot in a fake country, are you breaking any fake laws?

no, it's you and the people who think this way that should be embarrassed.

I'd rather do successful things with a company full of pot heads over a company full of drunkards.

I get it. Once you have this company established, they'll forget to ask for paychecks because they will be stoned and pot has a detrimental effect on short term memory.

In fact, you can pay them with munchies and funny or die clips.

Brilliant!
