The Real Buffalo Joe
Well, there are a lot of reasons. But consider this, how would Fitzgailey have handled that 2 minute drill with no timeouts?

The Wiz
Well, there are a lot of reasons. But consider this, how would Fitzgailey have handled that 2 minute drill with no timeouts? Wouldn't have been in that situation with Wanny's base 4-3 on those last two possessions which would have been 14 points for the Panthers instead of 6. Meatloaf Sandwich
Also Gailey wouldn't have gone for 2.
peterpan
Fitz woulda thrown an INT.
Meatloaf Sandwich
Forgot in the last play EJ had pressure in his face, Fitz would have crumbled or thrown an INT.
NoSaint
Well, there are a lot of reasons. But consider this, how would Fitzgailey have handled that 2 minute drill with no timeouts? 10 yard throw to the sideline without the arm to get it there, and picked off? Agreed 100%. But this is on the assumption that they would have made it that far.
SageAgainstTheMachine
I know we're better because there's no glaring weakness. There are weaknesses (our secondary might be exposed against some of the better passing offenses) but nothing that screams "that's the worst !@#$ing unit in the league!" like years past. John from Riverside
TD to win. Sure thing buddy.....he also would have converted that 2 point conversion
Leelee Phoenix
Also Gailey wouldn't have gone for 2. Thanks for reminding me that Marrone is still an improvement in game management for Gailey Oh, painfully conservative NFL coaches
ndirish1978
TD to win. Ironic confidence in the previous regime from a man with the moniker FireChan.
Kkspike
We would of have givin up 585 in rushing in 2 games.
Captain Caveman
This thread is bull ****. Fitzpatrick was no MVP, but he beat the Pats. I hope EJ proves himself to be a better QB, but he has not done it yet.
