Ah, got my fix and life is better.

Astro, regarding Kyle Williams playing DE, when he lines up is he square up on the OLman or on a shoulder? Is there any difference in alignment between the 5 on 5 and 11 on 11 work?

Thanks a ton, Astro. And a special thanks to Mrs. Bot for getting you to camp on time.

GO BILLS!!!

do you think you could throw us a depth chart of your own based on your observations?

Informal Pre-Preseason Game Depth Chart of Skill Positions, based on camp production:

RB - Keep 3:

  1. Spiller-----------------the incumbent, most runs of 10+

  2. Jackson---------------we'll give him spot 2 for previous work, now healed

  3. Gaskins (rookie)-----2nd-most runs 10+ after Spiller, way more than FJax

  4. Choice (5 yrs.)

  5. Brown (inj) (1 yr.)

  6. Drew Smith (rookie)

WR - keep 7:

  1. Stevie Johnson (6 yrs.)

  2. TJ Graham (2 yrs.)--------------more catches than anybody, best KR

  3. Robert Woods (rookie)-------so pro-ready

  4. Marquise Goodwin (rookie)-more catches than Da'Rick or Easley

  5. Da'Rick Rogers (rookie)-----better on ST than Easley

More on Gaskins RB: "scored a pair of touchdowns, made good on a two-point conversion, broke multiple tackles on a run into the secondary and showed some athleticism on a reception on a swing pass over his outside shoulder for a first down from quarterback Jeff Tuel. He also effectively picked up a blitz giving Tuel time to complete a 40-yard pass to Marcus Easley."

I think his battle is now for #3 or a spot on the Bills. Tuel is profiting from his absence, and throws an accurate deep ball.

I started to think the same thing the other day but let's see what it looks like after 4 preseason games. I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable with 2 rookies and Brad Smith as my 3 QB's. I'm not huge on Kolb either but at least he has NFL experience.

So Cordy Glenn was working at guard with this guy Welch at Left Tackle? Am I reading that right? I gotta get back to Pittsford. Sounds like Tuel is really showing something. May be our new Frank Reich.

Yep. But I was told not to read anything in it!

Here's what Marrone says about Cordy playing OG or OT:
