Today is her birthday, so this is just a toast to a best friend that is no longer with us. Probably the hardest thing I've had to do on a personal level was having my Berner put down. Your dog had excellent taste in whiskey, I must say. Mama CGF is OUT of ICU!!! Now in a Progressive Care Unit ( PCU ) here in the hospital.. The first "baby step" to recovery. I'd have to experience the heartbreak of having to disown my baby daughter. Seriously, I would wrap her up and put her on a raft down the Chattahoochie River. She will now go to a long term site to learn how to walk again and to improve her respiratory. Positive thoughts continue to be fruitful. Thanks to each one of you!
