Rinehart not in attendance

The Bills are already going to be without a pair of starters Sunday in San Francisco on their offensive line. Now one of their replacements is not at Friday’s practice.

Chad Rinehart was not in attendance during the media viewing portion of practice along with injured starters Cordy Glenn and Kraig Urbik.

Rinehart is supposed to be Urbik’s replacement at right guard this week, but in practice today it looks like it will be Colin Brown.

Spencer Johnson is the only other non-participant.

Horrible piece of reporting. Written so as to lead the reader to assume he's missing or unexcused. Don't await until you can actually get some news, just run with a story that intends to imply somethig you haven't verified. Great work.

IMO there's not a whiff of implication in the article. Rinehart was not in attendance and Colin Brown was taking his reps.

This probably has nothing to do with the no show but maybe he is out buying a pizza.

On January 20, 2010 at 2:00 A.M., Rinehart was arrested on public intoxication charges in Cedar Falls, Iowa after he pulled on a locked door at Mojo's Pizza House, thus triggering an alarm, and refused to take a breath test.[9] Rinehart was later released from jail via court order.[9] Rinehart was found guilty of the charge in June 2010 and was ordered to pay a $195 fine.[10]

Rinehart was held out for precautionary reasons after hurting his calf in practice Thursday. He'll be listed as questionable, but is expected to play on Sunday.

Appreciate the update as always but if it's OK, I'd like to get back to my regularly scheduled hand-wringing.

GO BILLS!!!
